  How does the Cashback system work?

  The Cashback button takes you to the selected shop, where you can make your purchase as usual. The shop will automatically inform us after your purchase that you are entitled to a cashback. The cashback amount is determined by each partner shop. Tip: Install the Aklamio Cashbar and stay up to date with current rewards. The Cashbar will automatically inform you of deals and rewards as soon as you visit one of our partner shops.

  How are the rewards determined?

  The amount of the commission is determined by the partner shops. According to our Fairsharing principle, we pass on to you more than 80 percent of this commission as a reward.

  In which cases can your reward be rejected?

  1. If the purchase has been cancelled or when the product has been returned.
  2. If additional vouchers have been used, which weren't authorised by Aklamio.
  3. If the purchase was not made in one of the following currencies: EUR, GBP, CHF.
  4. If the purchase was not tracked:
  a) Because your browser does not support cookies.
  b) You have visited different websites in the same browser before making your purchase, which have overwritten the Aklamio cookie.
  Please note: Aklamio reserves the right to cancel rewards, if their collection has been in violation with our terms and conditions.

  Should I register with Aklamio?

  Yes, your free registration at www.aklamio.com enables the tracking of your rewards. Your bank details will be used exclusively for the purpose of paying out your rewards and will not be passed on to third parties.

  How can I register?

  You can easily register yourself with your email address, or your Facebook, Google and PayPal accounts. If you choose the email registration, we will send you an email with a confirmation link. After clicking on this link, simply choose a password and your user name. Welcome to Aklamio!

  How can I pay out my rewards to my bank account?

  To pay out your Aklamio rewards to your bank account, simply choose "Bank account" in the "Balance" section of your Aklamio account. Type in your bank details and your reward will be transferred to your bank account in the following days. Please note: the minimum payout amount is 1 euro. Should the currency of your reward differ from the currency of your bank account, the transfer may take a couple of days longer. Please contact your bank to enquire about potential costs resulting from the currency change.

  How can I pay out my rewards to my PayPal account?

  To pay out your Aklamio rewards to your PayPal account, simply choose "PayPal" in the "Balance" section of your Aklamio account. Please make sure that the currency of your Aklamio reward is activated in your PayPal account as well. Otherwise, your reward cannot be transferred to your PayPal account.
